Sharon very quickly understood the broad principles of The Tenants Voice; asked probing concise questions and undertook all the tasks requested and much more.
She received and handled all tasks from basic call handling, to more indepth tenant support and signposting, with amazing efficiency and courtesy.
Good service is hard to find, but the team at Workstylz provided an Excellent service at a reasonable price, with the added bonus of an additional team member to cover for holidays, so I always had support, without any downtime.
