Ever since Releasd contracted with Workstylz in 2015 we have had so much more time to get on with the work we have to do.
Sharon provides Credit Control assistance, essentially acting as our in-house accounts team. Her duties include contacting our customers’ accounts payable teams, confirming receipt of invoices, dealing with queries and chasing payments.
She is also responsible for keeping invoice information up to date in our CRM system (Salesforce) and logging payments against invoices. Sharon also deals with all pre-invoice communication with our worldwide clients, obtaining purchase order and billing information and entering information via client portals. As our business has expanded, Sharon has trained and added another member of her team to provide additional support and ensure we always have cover.
The great thing about Workstylz is their diverse skills set and ability to take on additional tasks. In addition to the finance side, we have used Sharon and her team for recruitment and research and all of this is always done to a high standard, and communication with Sharon and the team at Workstylz has been great throughout.
