We first contracted Workstylz in 2019 to provide credit control support, and from the off they were professional and proactive. Learning about our business and operational procedures as well as the different types of clients and the impact on the credit control cycle. Sharon and Natasha are very knowledgeable and effective credit controllers and were able to collect a lot of historic debts. After some internal restructuring, we brought our credit control in house, but found this was not as effective, and 8 months later decided to engage the services of Workstylz again.
