Medco MRO Administration

Medco – Medico Legal Reporting Administration Support…

Since 2015 Workstylz has supported a Tier 2 Medco MRO agency with the administration of Medico-legal work.

Our dedicated team handles all day to day administration which includes liaising with solicitors, insurance companies and medical experts in order to provide a comprehensive and extremely efficient service to clients who require expert reports on their RTA injuries.

Using state of the art Case Management system Nephos, we are able to immediately instruct and arrange medical appointments, including home visits. We always attempt to contact the client by telephone, SMS & email to book appointments that are suitable to their needs & location.

The support team at Workstylz, prides itself on ensuring that the MRO Agency efficiently provides quality reports. We follow-up every appointment until the report has been returned. And then fully proof the report and request amendments as necessary before the report is published.

We have built up a really good relationship with the medical experts and actively search for and recruit new experts to our panel, to ensure the agency has available experts covering the whole of the UK.

We constantly achieve and exceed our Service Level Agreement’s and are always willing to go the extra mile to ensure all parties receive only the best customer experience.

In addition to the day to day operational administration, Workstylz also supports the management of the agency, which includes reviewing and updating company documents and policies as required.

Holiday Sickness Reports …

Please complete the contact form if you require support with your Medico Legal or Holiday Sickness administration, and we will give you a call to discuss your requirements.

In 2016 Workstylz also started to support a Medical Expert providing reports for Holiday Sickness Claims.

After undergoing a period of extensive training, we now conduct telephone assessments with claimants, and produce the outline report. The medical expert then reviews the created report along with GP records and will finalise the report for publication to the instructing party.
